We take time to walk through your home and then spend hours of research when coming up with price. This service is completely free to you as the seller.

Through our in-person consultation, we are able to meet with you, walk through your home and learn helpful selling points that a future buyer would like to know. This visit is also an opportunity to discuss your timing and possible improvements or items that could help you gain the most return on your time and investment before coming on the market (and those projects that are not necessary; we never want our clients to overspend).

Developing Your Comparative Market Analysis Report

The next step in the process is up to us and that is putting all the homework together. We compile what we learned about your home, research the market data, look at other comparables and then we build your own Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) Report. This comprehensive report will provide you with your future list price and all the needed background you need before coming on the market.

Getting Your Home "Show Ready"

We know how much work, time and love you have poured into your home. Our goal is to make sure the home attracts all buyers who want to call the home "their very own." Beyond the home consultation, we have a number of contractors who could help you get your home in "show ready" shape. NW Real Estate Agents manage the pre-listing process on your behalf, so you do not have to stress. We also hire a professional photographer to come out and take pictures of your home. As part of our marketing efforts, we also write a detailed listing description that is sales oriented, map searchable and search-engine optimized, so future buyers can find your home based on all technology searches. We also provide yard signs, flyers and online listings that will reach thousands of search engines and websites, attracting buyers to your home right away.

With the rise of technology, we also work to set your listing apart from others with targeted advertising, social media campaigns, video and even 3D home tours.

After we finalize all the contractual forms and get all the needed housing improvement details complete, we work with you to "go live" with your listing.
